Terms and Conditions for Funnel My Space Reselling GoHighLevel Software

1. Introduction

Welcome to Funnel My Space (FMS). By purchasing a subscription from FMS, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of the GoHighLevel (GHL) software resold by FMS as a subaccount. Please read these terms carefully.

2. Product Description

FMS resells subaccounts of the GoHighLevel (GHL) software. This reselling is fully authorized by GHL. Customers purchasing a subscription from FMS will receive a subaccount equivalent to what they would get directly from GHL. FMS is responsible for setting up and maintaining access to the subaccount.

3. Subscription Terms

- Subscription Fee: The subscription fee is 90 EUR per month.

- Initial Commitment: Upon purchase, you commit to a non-cancellable period of three (3) months. If you decide to cancel within the first three months, you must pay the remaining fees for the initial period.

- Payment: All payments are made to FMS. Failure to pay the subscription fee will result in the termination of your access to the subaccount.

- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time after the initial three-month period by contacting FMS support at [email protected]. However, if you decide to cancel within the initial three-month period, you are required to pay the remaining subscription fees for that period.

- Automatic Billing: FMS will charge subscribers automatically every month. By subscribing, you consent to FMS storing your payment information, including credit card details, via Stripe for automatic billing purposes.

4. Account Ownership and Transfer

- Account Ownership: Upon subscribing, you become the owner of the GHL subaccount. FMS will not manipulate, log into, delete, or change anything in your account without your consent.

- Account Transfer: You have the right to move your GHL subaccount to another provider or an independent GHL account at any time. FMS will facilitate this transfer upon request.

- Service Continuity: If FMS is unable to fulfill its commitments to GHL, or if FMS ceases operations, you will be notified and allowed to transfer your subaccount to an independent GHL account.

5. Responsibilities and Liabilities

- Software Issues: FMS is not responsible for any bugs or problems with the GHL software as it is provided and controlled by GHL. FMS will act as an intermediary and request support from GHL on your behalf if needed.

- Legal Compliance: Subscribers must not engage in any illegal activities using the GHL subaccount. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming users and violating GDPR regulations.

- Marketing Services: If you use email marketing, text messaging, or any other paid services within GHL, you will be charged according to GHL’s rates. GHL may start with a $10 credit, allowing you to send approximately 14,000 emails.

- Subscriber Responsibilities: FMS is not responsible for the profitability of any funnels or business ventures undertaken by the subscriber using this software. Subscribers are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and can seek help from FMS as needed.

6. Pricing and Amendments

Price Changes: FMS will not increase or decrease the subscription fee without first consulting with the client. If a price increase is proposed, the client has the right to cancel the subscription or move their account if they do not agree with the new price.
